Victor von Beck

Victor von Beck is a highly-creative, visually-driven artist who sees the world as a three-dimensional canvas that can be used to express his, or anyone's, vision. As someone who experiences the world as an on-going artistic endeavor, Victor actively transforms the world around him through a wide range of creative activities, from painting, sculpture, and metalwork, to interior and landscape design. Victor has spent the last twenty years applying his creative drive and his diverse set of artistic talents to the 3D graphics industry, producing 3D visualizations for some of the world's most respected and progressive companies, including Sony Entertainment of America, Electronic Arts, B/E Aerospace, and the Microsoft Corporation.

Victor's superpower is the ability to understand a project holistically, and to deftly work through the entire process of product development, from the beginning of an idea, through brainstorming, R&D, and production, all the way to a finished product. During his fifteen years at Zipper Interactive, Victor was directly involved in the completion and shipment of more than eleven game titles; six of these were in the hugely successful SOCOM series, which sold over twelve million units worldwide. At Zipper, Victor played an essential role in integrating their pioneering gaming technologies, including voice command and next generation visual art. Throughout his career, Victor has been a key player in the development process through active problem-solving, the adaptation of designs to art and engineering standards, and the integration of solutions to streamline the production process. He is a cum laude graduate of Cornish Institute, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design.
